Personal Growth Pt8

Dr. Phil explains how life is managed, not cured, and individuals have the power to manage their own lives as the "life manager." Dr. Phil encourages you to identify toxic people in their lives, whether it be someone they wish wasn't there or someone who may possess toxic characteristics themselves. He provides strategies for spotting red flags and setting boundaries. He introduces the concept of "B.A.I.T.E.R's," which are people with negative traits such as backstabbing, abusing, and exploiting others.

Learn how to give yourself permission to eliminate toxic people from your life, define your own image and star in your own life. He also addresses questions from the audience, as well as controlling explosive anger. Dr. Phil encourages you to share the series with others and continue your journey toward personal growth.
